Overall, the experience was awesome. First time buying a house and they made it easy. The checklist thing made it simple and clear what I needed to do, which was great because I had no clue. You guys made it easy as can be.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Christopher and Paige were outstanding! They made the process so easy and quick from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend!

Our loan officer, Matt Istwan, was awesome. He went over & beyond all expectations we had. Matt was always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I've been renting all my life cause I never thought owning a home was a reality for me. I had no idea how easy and affordable the process could be.
