What was initially presented to me as the expected closing cost kept increasing, and by the end, the cash needed at closing had grown by approximately $3,000 compared to the original estimate.I understand that refinancing can require documentation and adjustments, but better communication, transparency, and proactive updates would have made the experience much less stressful.
