Philicia comes to Veterans United Home Loans as a loan officer with experience in the legal and higher education fields. As a Board Certified Human Services Practitioner, she is dedicated to assisting homebuyers in making healthy financial decisions of which they can be proud. Philicia has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Mortgage Banker’s Association and won Fayetteville’s 40 Under 40 Award (2020). When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with family.
Solibel Ramos is a senior loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans in Fayetteville. Solibel first came to North Carolina 17 years ago as a military spouse and made Fayetteville her home. Because of this, she has a deep appreciation for the men and women who serve our country. Solibel has been in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years and works hard to make the homebuying process simple for her clients. Outside of work, Solibel spends time with her family and her dogs at the beach!
Bob is a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans and is also a 33-year veteran of the U.S. Army with six combat deployments. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in New York and prides himself in his selfless service to the nation. Fayetteville has been home for Bob and his family since 2009. His family is grateful for the opportunity to settle down and plant long-lasting ties to the community here. His military experience gives him a unique understanding of his homebuying customers at Veterans United. Bob provides an untiring dedication and commitment to his customers’ loan processes, and he will tenaciously work for his homebuyers.
Loan Officer Chelsea Perkins brings 12 years of finance experience and 7 years in the insurance industry to our Fayetteville team. She and her husband are both Veterans and bought their first home right here at Veterans United – they had a great experience and achieved their lifelong goal of home ownership, and she hopes to do the same for future clients. Outside of work, she loves to travel, work out, help the community, and spend time with her family.
Loan Officer Sabrina Rodriguez brings a sense of excitement to the Fayetteville team. She began her journey with Veterans United as a branch specialist, and she enjoys helping people make their homeownership dreams a reality. Her goal is to make the homebuying journey as easy as possible for her customers. Originally from Quincy, Illinois, Sabrina and her family spend most of their free time playing with their pups, and attending their kids’ sporting events on the weekends. They also enjoy traveling to local beaches, and spending time upgrading their home!
Loan Officer Colleen O’Brien joins the Fayetteville team from Upstate New York. She brings passion to the team, and she empathizes with her homebuyers. Her husband is a sergeant in the Army and understands the needs and situations of military families. She enjoys seeing her customers’ dreams become a reality! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling to nearby cities. As a new resident to Fayetteville, she is excited to see everything the area has to offer. Their dog, Simon, also likes to tag along on their adventures.
Amanda Perez Abreu brings years of finance industry experience to her role at Veterans United. Her previous roles include credit counseling, taxes, HR and accounting, so she has all the bases covered for your mortgage experience! Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Amanda relocated to Fayetteville, NC and loves serving our community. She has family in the military, so she understands the struggles faced by military families. Amanda is motivated to help you during the homebuying journey, and guide you to your end goal of homeownership! Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her cat, reading, traveling, and exploring the restaurant scene.

Crystal is a proud active duty Army wife and mother to two incredible boys. As an active duty Army spouse of 6 years, Crystal has first-hand experience with the struggles military families face during moves and transitions. Crystal comes to Veterans United with four years of real estate experience and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. She joins our team as a Transaction Coordinator with dedication to helping clients succeed in the American dream of homeownership. Her drive, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative are sure to assist in an incredible home-buying experience.
Born and raised in Arizona, Corrine relocated to Fayetteville in 2021. After serving four years in the Air Force, Corrine understands the stress of moving and finding stability in new places. As a Branch Specialist, Corrine brings a calm demeanor to client interactions and working within the team. Outside of work, Corrine likes to craft and obsess over her cat.
