If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. They were awesome the underwriter was a pain needing things at the last minute and I work during the day so it took awhile to get everything they needed.
Everyone at Veterans United has been so helpful and informative. If it wasn't for all the help that I received from Jan Brown, Hunter Hukari, Sarah Barba, Brie Flippin and Taylor Sigmund I would not have been able to purchase this wonderful house. I will recommend this company and team to all my friends and family!!! They are the BEST!!! I have nothing negative to say about Veterans United!
