The whole Veterans United Team did an outstanding job. Paul Farnum, Allison Pharr and Allie Poletti were great to deal with and keep us up to date going through the home loan process. If we had a question concerning our home loan, all of them were quick to respond with the needed information and very helpful with the home loan process in general. The home buying process was incredibly smooth. VU takes the drivers seat and you pretty much just let them do their thing. They made an overwhelming process easy. They have a great staff who has excellent customer service and they work really hard to accommodate your housing needs.

My loan officer was the best. She had faith when I didn’t. I’m glad Aimee put up with me and my attitude when I had doubts. She was very knowledgeable and HONEST!!!
