Our team consisted of multiple people including but not limited to Logan Nicole Mike Eric and Veronica. Their teamwork together was impeccable on getting things done. Eric was the first person I spoke to, he put me in touch with Nicole. Nicole called me within 10 minutes of talking to Eric. I spoke with Nicole and informed her what my wife and I we're looking for. In short after 3 months of diligence she gave us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. She was patient and accommodating. Veronica touched base multiple times ensuring that we were satisfied with the entire process that had to with Veterans United. Logan was always calm cool and collected when speaking with him. He never stressed about anything and was always on point with the information he provided. When I met Mike over the phone he played the perfect accent to Logan. Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
I would highly recommend Veterans United. They are a great company to do business with. This is my 3rd loan with them and if I move again, I would definitely use them. All the employees are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Overall, the whole team was absolutely AMAZING!!! We would not have been in our new home before Christmas if it wasn't for them. Rich and Jenny went above and beyond to make the finance part of it go smoothly and have us in within 15 days of going under contract. It is possible!
