Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Larry did awesome. Cam was ok, but was not happy that I was never informed about the closing not happening the day I was told. Also not being told to turn my auto pay off, that's not something I would automatically know. I feel this round, besides with Larry was not as flowy.

This was my first time buying a house so there was a lot I just didn’t know. Zach and his team made themselves available to answer all my questions and took time to explain the process step by step.
