The whole process was simple. I was able to do most of the paperwork over the phone or through email.

I was pleased with the speed of the processing of my loan. I was warned by many others that I would not close as expected, which turned out to be true...we closed a day early :)
This was our first home purchase so I have no real means of comparison to judge. The transition was completed smoothly with minor delays in approval process due to required paperwork.
The office staff are very nice and the locations is not hard to find. Everyone I spoke with listened, handled things in a timely manner
