Ms. Solibel Ramos is the epitome of professionalism. She seamlessly processed my re-fi and ensured I was very comfortable with the entire process. Ms. Ramos communicated with me and kept me on schedule to close as quickly as possible and I sincerely appreciated that. She will highly recommended by me.

Chelsa Perkins is the loan officer you want as your team leader, will be with you through out the process. Very knowledgeable, but if there is a question that she doesn't know the answer, she will consult one of her team mates and get back with you. I had a few hickups
during the process, but when they came up she always had the right answer. I had a very succesful
