Veterans United needs to focus on over communicating with individuals going through this process which occurs via email, website, text messages, and phone calls. The communication was decent but could have been better. This would have prevented closing taking so long with a call prior discussing all the fees associated with the final disclosure statement.

The application process is so very easy & short. The app is also user friendly. We were always in the know as to our loan status.
