Good communication on follow-up
The communication between team members was poor. I would relay lots of information to someone and they said they would let the team know but then I would talk to someone else and no one else would know. And we would have to repeat everything. That happened several times.
Even the title company and my realtor were ecstatic working with Carl and the team! Everyone was exceptional!!!!
