This went wonderful. The process was easy and very minimal paperwork involved in the refinance.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. A person couldn't ask for a better mortgage company.
I chose VU because of the name which I found to be deceiving. This company is worse than a lot of other companies that I know. They are not there to help veterans they are there to make money off of veterans. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ryley Lyons was outstanding always answered the phone and answered any and all questions I threw his way.
Jenny Love on the other hand was the complete opposite would not recommend her to anyone. Never once did she answer the phone or ever called me and waited till last minute on a lot of things.

The team was great, courteous, helpful and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Everything was excellent, until it wasn’t. The closing date got cancelled and pushed back. I wasn’t notified and it cost me time and money. Overall I would do business with them again, but be more wary of promises they can’t keep.
