Friendly and professional experience! Only comment I have for review is that I needed more flexibility to respond to requests due to my 12-hr night work shift. Other than this, my wife and I would like to thank Chelsea and her team for the smooth refinance process!

This was my second home purchase, but my first on a VA Loan. Veterans United made the process very transparent and they were easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone that qualifies to use the VA home loan to go through VU! Thanks again for the help! My wife and I are beyond thrilled and excited for our new home!
