Madi Reynolds was my main point of contact and she was awesome. She walked me through each step, and the process was not painful at all.
Josh Capron very helpful as well when he needed to step in and helped a lot through the process as well.

Daren was so helpful to us. He explained everything so we could understand the process. He had the patience to walk us through several things, even though it took quite a bit of time, especially helping us with the technical side of the loan. He and his staff got back to us right away when we had questions. We appreciated that so much. He put us at ease and made the process go smoothly for us. We would highly recommend Daren to friends, family and anyone looking to buy a home. You will be happy with him and his team.

Every member of Veterans United were informative, helped step by step and were there to answer any questions. It felt like they were family!
Veterans home loans have great people there and a great place to work with. Thank you.
We found many issues with this house a couple days before buying, when we tried to back out, we were told we would be sued for breach of contract. Now we're stuck with it and it has at least 3 leaks in the roof, the sellers broke a window before we bought it, the walls are coming apart at the ceiling, and we continue to find more and we've only bought it 7 days ago!
Response from Veterans United
Hi Lonnie,
I’m really sorry you’re dealing with all of this, especially so soon after buying your home. That’s incredibly stressful, and I understand why you’re feeling upset. While the VA appraisal is meant to assess the home’s value at face value, it doesn’t identify or predict underlying condition issues, which is why a separate home inspection is always recommended. That said, I hear how overwhelming this feels, and I’m sorry this has been your experience.
I’d appreciate the chance to learn more and see how we can help talk through what happened. Please reach out to our Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, and typically respond the next business day if you contact us after hours.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
I’m a disabled veteran with minimal income who was stressed finding a home within my budget but Veteran’s United made the process simple and easier. Their team works like a fine engine with everything working correctly and on the same page. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone. I’m grateful for the experience and I absolutely love my new home.
The overall experience was great. The team work wonders and kept me grounded through the process.

Very professional! Every person I worked with was wonderful even with all the snags! It was less painful have worked with the incredible group of people.
As usual, Scott, and his associate Annie, were absolutely amazing during the process. My initial loan was through United and Scott has not changed at all; a consummate professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The team’s communication was impressively impeccable and an essential component to my trust and confidence in the process. Outstanding work!
