I must say I had to take a few minutes before composing this complimentary thank you note, for it is as important to me, as it is perhaps to you. I consider this home’s purchase my life’s greatest achievements, even though I have earned many things I am proud of. This house is not only a new home, but a new life for me, which I am still at its beginning phases of comprehension. Although this home’s purchasing procedure started just a few weeks ago, it is a conclusion of a long, deep, and heart quenching and laboring result of the last five years of my life, and Solibel Ramos guided and helped me all throughout. Honestly I can’t find the right words, because the way you all helped me through this process left me speechless. About half-time towards closing I was still uncertain weather or not this will actually happen, and I said to myself, “well, I’m impressed I’ve gotten this far!” At which time I could only pray and hope for the best…

The house is perfect in every way I could dream of, I named it, “Petra Menta, The House of Neverwoken Dreams”, for it resembles the remarkable famous ancient Al-Khazneh (Treasury) architecture building of Petra in present day Jordan, only in a minty color, and lastly because my dream has come through.

Team was good, were willing to initiate communication when something was required. Not once got asked about a down payment, never got asked about goals (low monthly payment, early payoff, etc.), and buying down my interest rate wasn’t mentioned by anyone at any point. Having bought two homes previously, I would say overall it was an average experience.
