Molly was an amazing loan officer and always kept me up to date on the loan status and answered any questions I had extremely quickly. She was kind and heart-warming to speak with. She was very quick to process documents, answer questions, and ensure everyone was aware of all phases of the loan process. Johnathon, in the credit repair, was amazing. He told me exactly what needed to be done to purchase a home, and, beyond that, he walked me through step by step how to fix my credit. He was responsive, friendly, and encouraging. I am aware that he did a lot of work behind the scenes for me; however, I will never know how hard he worked to help me build my credit score to accomplish homeownership. The concierge team assisted me with utility setup, a home security system, and moving information.
The team at Veteran United was amazing, both the ones mentioned here and all the individuals, such as the underwriter and closing officer, whose names I may never know. I can tell you, as a wife, mom, Veteran, and professional with a PhD, that this team deeply cares about you and helps veterans achieve homeownership. As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Bill is an outstanding representative. he has help me through the difficult portion of our notary issues for title of the deed and has found ways to go about finding me a source to get the notary services for my spouse. Also, he has gone above and behind to explain to us us a 2-1 buydown for my loan which is very helpful for first time buyers. He is more knowledgeable and I had a wonderful experience in getting the loan.
Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. Our experience was phenomenal. Coming off a bad experience with a previous group, Bryant and his team came in and assured us that we were going get our home and did. They were fully invested in what we wanted and worked diligently to make sure that we got our keys. The one thing that stuck out was how they told us and showed us that we were in control.
