From the moment we called and spoke with an agent regarding starting a home loan application it was nothing but exceptional customer service. Their knowledge, dedication and hard work made this the smoothest process we’ve ever experienced in purchasing a home. We submitted the application online and within 30 minutes we had received our first call back with an introduction and steps with what will happen next. It was that way throughout the entire process. Excellent communication throughout! We were able to close on our home in 30 days without any issues and all is due to the wonderful staff that was working with us during our process. I've never had a VA loan go so smoothly and I've had about 4 of them. The loan officers were extremely helpful in guiding me to finding the right documents and were very quick to respond to my questions. They did a great job!

Ali Schellenberg and her team is absolutely amazing! They made the home buying process super easy and comfortable for me as a new home buyer. Communication during and after the process has been perfect & I couldnt be happier (or luckier) to have worked with these dedicated professionals! If I could ask for one thing, its for them to get a promotion or at least a raise cause if not, I will start a loan company and poach.
The underwriter was over zealous, bordering in invasive and insulting. But everyone else was awesome. Would still recommend others.
