The overall experience was good. I just think a little more communication would have been helpful once the initial closing date passed. But I appreciate your patience with me while I was waiting on my employment verification. I am pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend you.
My Closing was delayed due to errors on purchase price and I believe the request for Appraisal was sent late. We were on track to Close in 21 days, the appraisal also held up Closing. My first dealing with VU was seamless, this time not as smooth.
Chelsea and her team were amazing to work with! Not only did they get us a better rate, but worked a miracle to get us closed on time with the last minute switch to Veteran’s United. Would absolutely recommend!!!
The branch manager at the Fayetteville location is awesome. Crystal the account coordinator processor was incredible. Absolutely fabulous to work with.
