After navy federal declined my mortgage application outside of my due diligence period, I found myself desperately looking for another lender. Veterans United answered and didn’t turn me away. While their mortgage rates are not the best around, they worked well with me (a 1099 employee with under 2 years of employment tax documents) and managed to close on a house with me during the holiday season. I am thankful for the team of coordinators and real estate agents provided for me. Happy new year!
Second time using Veterans United. Great experience like almost 8 years ago. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and would keep honest communication with myself. Thanks Krystal and Solibel, for your patience working with me. They we’re great. Next house purchase I plan on working with VU again, but that’s going to be a while from now.
I thank everyone who helped me in this process of buying my home they did an excellent job. Being able to handle everything that was needed to be done. They made the process of buying a home seem less stressful and smooth. I appreciate the hard work they put in for my loan and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I was really confused a lot of the process and had to do a lot of outside research because everytime I asked questions to my realtor he would make it like my questions was a issue and it got to the point I recieve a new realtor

I’m very surprised that Crystal was not involved in this survey. With my out processing issues, I had to move to Virginia ASAP. She understands my urgency and worked diligently to ensure I had everything needed to close the property in a timely manner. She would call me if I miss her text. She reached out to me on the her weekend time to reminded me to resolved the issue first thing on Monday. Unknowingly, I bought home insurance with a company that did not provide wind and hail damage coverage. I was not aware that Virginia usually get 3-4 hail per year. Thanks to her meticulous work efforts, I switched to a different insurance company that provides the necessary coverage and avoided a potential financial crisis. My family and I greatly appreciate the whole team for going the extra miles to help us with our second properties!
