I’m very surprised that Crystal was not involved in this survey. With my out processing issues, I had to move to Virginia ASAP. She understands my urgency and worked diligently to ensure I had everything needed to close the property in a timely manner. She would call me if I miss her text. She reached out to me on the her weekend time to reminded me to resolved the issue first thing on Monday. Unknowingly, I bought home insurance with a company that did not provide wind and hail damage coverage. I was not aware that Virginia usually get 3-4 hail per year. Thanks to her meticulous work efforts, I switched to a different insurance company that provides the necessary coverage and avoided a potential financial crisis. My family and I greatly appreciate the whole team for going the extra miles to help us with our second properties!
