John and his team need to be commended for the great work they do. I cannot believe how smooth the process was. We closed in 30 days without a hiccup. The Veterans United portal is super user friendly. Everyone on the team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone going through the loan process!! The loan funding team extremely delayed the time we received the keys. My loan team was great and extremely helpful but your loan funding team is sub par at best.
