If I had to choose someone to represent me, I would choose Carlita Wooten. She was very professional and yet understanding. She had the perfect balance of understanding what her job was and remembering that the human element was also important.

To be honest I tried very hard to beat the deal I got as I do with any product with a price not set in stone. I could not find a better deal at any bank from here to Minnesota (other then a few small area credit unions that don't cover NC).
