Chris Porter was an absolute stud. Donna was lazy, slow, didn't communicate ever and almost talked the deal multiple times due to miss poor work ethic. At multiple times in the 8.5 months it took to close; Donna would be unresponsive for weeks and as a result we had to redo paperwork after paperwork. Would not recommend!

The process to buying a home is definitely a wild roller coaster. It had its up and its downs but with such an amazing team that worked close at hand with my realtor, not only did they get my family into our new home, but they helped me look for the cheapest and easiest route! The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.
Was by far the easiest thing to buy our home with Veterans United with my VA Loan. They are incredibly efficient and made the entire process so easy. They're great communicators and are the web portal was so easy to use and all of my loan packet was easily accessible. 5/5 stars. They really take care of us veterans!!
