The application process is so very easy & short. The app is also user friendly. We were always in the know as to our loan status. Solibel Ramos, was our loan processor, there are truly no words for how fabulous this lady is! She was fantastic, Solibel stepped in for us at the last minute. She was able to get us closed on time, despite a huge set back with another lender. Solibel is extremely reliable, knowledgeable & efficient.
