I am a 26 year military veteran. I served our country a long time. It was a great experience for my family and I to secure a VA loan. We decided to apply through Veterans United because of all the positive reviews we had heard about the company. Brian and his team really know how to take care of and work with veterans. The entire loan team was a pleasure to work with, and they get results! And they even responded to me on weekends on their days off. The online portal and to- do lists really streamlined the process. No, I would not recommend it to anyone. It was extremely stressful, too disorganized, poor communication, not enough information given, and very confusing to go through . I was recovering from a surgery and they made the stress from that even worse. I had a fainting episode and had to go to the hospital again during this period of waiting for everything to go through.
