It felt like working with people who had never funded a mortgage for people out of state. This is 2026, not the 1900’s and you have VETERAN in your name. We are known for moving a lot. It’s embarrassing that something that has my title of veteran in the name is so unorganized and painfully bad. I got tired of apologizing for constantly changing standards. Especially the ones the day of closing. Paperwork that they had for weeks prior to closing. At the end of it all, the people we were working with swore to never work with VU again if it involved a POA. That is embarrassing. I wish you would get veteran out of your name. I’m tired of everything that has my title in it being of poor quality.Crystal was the only person who made it manageable. She would respond to questions even faster than I expected her to and really made it easier. She was actually competent and seemed to actually understand what stresses we were under. Bob was good in the beginning but seemed very disconnected from it all and was difficult to contact at times.
My Closing was delayed due to errors on purchase price and I believe the request for Appraisal was sent late. We were on track to Close in 21 days, the appraisal also held up Closing. My first dealing with VU was seamless, this time not as smooth.
The Entire Team was very helpful thank you so much.
As a first time homebuyer the process of searching for a home and using my VA loan was very daunting. Even with friends and family offering advice it felt as though my spouse and I were alone in our efforts. The second Veterans United got involved everything changed, everyone from our agent to the branch manager was extremely helpful and friendly.
Incredible experience start to finish! These folks know what they are doing. Fine tuned process!!
Bob and the team did a great job and made the process hassle free. Great communication and easy streamlined process. I would highly recommend to anybody seeking financing for a new home.
Both Krystal and Bob was very helpful and patient through out the loan process!
