With a caveat that it would be easier if you are NOT trying to sell a house at the same time trying to get a loan on a new place. Excessive number of "to-do". If all those things were listed at one time instead of bringing them up over WEEKS/MONTHS.

I’ve been saving for a lot of years for the perfect place for me. This is the first home that I purchased in my life. I’m 65 years old and this will probably be the only home for me.
