Loan Officer Alex Kotchetov is a 20-year Veteran of the U.S. Army Special Operations with five combat deployments with the 3rd Special Forces Group. Fayetteville has been home for Alex and his family since 2004. His family is grateful for the opportunity to settle down and plant long-lasting roots in the amazing community here! Always available and he’s a great communicator
Alexei Kotchetov went above and beyond to make the process as fast and smooth as possible. Thank you for going the extra mile.
Alexei was always available whenever we had a question. I don’t think there was one time during the transaction that I couldn’t get ahold of him. That gave us great peace of mind during the whole home buying process. He works hard, is knowledgeable, and is always available. I would highly recommend veterans united.
My only gripe was communication. I believe if you improve on keeping customers aware of the changes you are making behind the scenes that require the customers knowledge, you'll have way more repeat and or referrals.
Alex was professional and informed me when documents needed to be reviewed or signed. The one thing I would have liked done different is a break down of all closing cost. Alex did provide me with an explanation with all my questions the day prior to closing.
Communication issues are my only gripe.
Your positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated, thank you for helping me through every step of the way!
