Veterans United assigned me an A-team, which consisted of Drew, Courtney, Carter, and Stephanie! Drew got the ball rolling from our initial 1hr+ conversation to everytime I needed to discuss what was happening or just some reassurance, he was there! Our home purchase process a year ago was 10/10. Our refi process was 6/10. The rate is great and the loan team great however dealing with servicing teams and title company etc was a nightmare.
