I honestly have already referred several people to use VU. I'm not sure if they ever did but I have sent that reference to a few friends.
Alexei and the entire team at Veterans United ensured I could get my home without delay. Every time I called, they answered my call and answered my questions.
After having a bad time with a bank for four and a half months. I came to Veterans United hoping to find relief and boy did they ever make this transition and every step along the way easy to deal with. I got daily updates, where they were at, what they needed from me and the next steps that we would address. I had direct contact when I needed it and fast responses all of which I did not get from the bank. I could be no happier.
Smooth start. Horrible bumpy ending once we got to underwriting, Constantly going in circles and honestly gave me the impression that I was being scammed until everything finally closed. Communication was scarce. And to find out this company has no actual affiliation with the VA leaves me speechless considering “Veteran’s” is literally in the name. Please consider a name change instead using that word as a cash grab to lure service members in.
