She was there step for step she keep checking on me she was awesome
Philicia was very open and understanding. I feel like she went above and beyond to help with this home. We did a for sale by owner and she offered listing of people to help with all of the things I needed.
She was already asking for the majority of the documentation that the underwriting most likely wanted. She was so kind and stayed in touch with us on a regular basic. This young lady reach out to me just about everyday and made my home buying process simple and non stressful.
Philicia is great and worked very hard to make sure that everything was done. There were times that we were told one thing and it turned out being something different. Knowledge comes in time and from what I understood she was new and getting to learn the company and how the process worked. Overall, things were great. I would definitely recommend her to others.
The entire process was surprisingly simple. She was very straightforward with the information needed. She went out of her way to make my experience effortless.
Mrs. Philicia Pringle was amazing. She was keeping us updated with everything through our process. Really down to earth person. Can be more grateful.
