As a Board Certified Human Services Practitioner, she is dedicated to assisting homebuyers in making healthy financial decisions of which they can be proud. Her attention to detail, go-getter attitude and negotiating skills make her a great loan officer. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with family.
I really enjoyed working with Philicia! She is extremely professional, beyond accommodating, and ALWAYS available! As our loan
specialist she made our home buying process an amazing one by making sure we understood every financial aspect of this home buying process. She also recommended a real estate agent that best suited our family’s specific needs.. Our experience couldn’t have went any better! I would recommend Veteran’s United and specifically Philicia as a loan officer to anyone looking to purchase a home!
Philicia wasvery accommodating and quick to answer any and all questions I had. I felt informed throughout the entire process, especially since this is my first home purchase.
We didn't have much contact with her but Crystal was awesome.
She did an outstanding job with my home finance journey. Always has a positive attitude no matter what questions I had.
She went above and beyond making the process smooth
She made it very personal. I didn’t feel as though she was just checking the box with us . She’d constantly text and call to fill me in on any changes or updates.
