She made my experience very friendly and family like. She gave me comfort and allowing me not to stress about my loan or worry about this experience. She was very forwarded and it showed that she was there to make this happen for me and my family.
Philicia was very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. Great with communication. The perfect combination to make this process go smoothly.
She did phenomenal. I worked hard on my end and so did she getting me an low APR. Thank you
Very helpful. Promised a timeline and met those needs effortlessly.
Ms. Pringle took the time to explain whatever misunderstandings I may have had, or encountered. She made the loan process as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Philicia has given me extra ordinary service on assisting me on my loan processed. She makes things easy by telling me what types of documents I needed and answer my questions even on weekends . I highly recommend her to be your loan officer. You won’t regret it. I was with another loan officer of veterans United and I’m thankful that I dropped that and transfer to philicia. She gave me the best rate that I was hoping to get with some lenders credit while my previous loan officer will not give me the rate I wanted without buydown
Mrs. Pringle was very knowledgeable, available and responsive with addressing any questions or concerns for my wife and I..
